프레임 수치 조절 스크립트 추가 및 디렉토리 경로 설정을 위한 스크립트 추가

- 윈도우에서 경로 설정 노출 팝업창 기능을 사용하기 위해 Project Settings > Other Settings > Configuration > Api Compatibility Level = .Net Framework로 변
